Brian Bennici has worked at Neon Fundraise since 2018 in various roles along the client journey. Prior to Neon, Brian's nonprofit experience included CRM Implementation, Operations Management, and Account Management for nonprofits at Blackbaud and BrightVine. Earlier in his career he worked as a Development Officer at Bowdion College and the University of Southern California.

Jon Douglas

Jon Douglas has been in the NonProfit space for 10+ years helping various organizations evaluate and select technology. At Neon One, he currently assists organizations' in evaluating their Peer-to-Peer and Giving Day solutions to further their community mission impact. JD is most passionate about serving NonProfits with best practices and sharing new creative ways to increase fundraising efforts.

Sydney Faye Williams

Double the Donation is the leading provider of tools to nonprofits to help them raise more money from corporate matching gift and volunteer grant programs. With a background in annual giving and student philanthropy, Sydney Faye Williams, CNP has spent the last 5 years at Double the Donation helping the nations largest peer-to-peer nonprofits generate incremental match revenue.

Jillian Schranz

For the past 15 years with Event 360, Jillian has worn many hats, from fundraising coach to project manager, and currently heads up business development and new partnerships. She’s a P2P fundraising expert and in 2019, helped launch a new collaborative brand of events: Events FOR GOOD. In her role at Event 360, Jillian works with non-profits to help pair them with the right services and do more good.

Joel Resnik

Joel Resnik is the co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Gather Voices, a technology company that automates the creation, management and publishing of video content. He’s passionate about helping nonprofits generate more donation revenue, keep their communities engaged, and accelerate their impact.

Joel Alsup

Joel Alsup is a video producer at ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He works to share the stories of St. Jude -- whether it’s from their patients, staff or donors. Joel was also a St. Jude patient as a child.

Jessica Dean

Head of Team Sierra, Sierra Club Jessica Dean is the Head of Team Sierra, the online community fundraising program for the Sierra Club. Jessica joined Sierra Club in 2016 to create a new fundraising program from the ground up, from the infrastructure, to campaign realization, partnerships, marketing, and recruitment. She started her career in the entertainment industry, working for production companies like Anonymous Content and Temple Hill, which produced movies like Spotlight and the Twilight series. Jessica’s experience in the entertainment industry led her to the marketing agency behind Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), an organization funded by the Entertainment Industry Foundation. While working on cause marketing partnerships with companies like MLB and MasterCard, Jessica also launched SU2C’s first-ever endurance fundraising program with slots into the NYC Marathon, fueling her passion for social impact. Jessica went on to work at the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation where she oversaw the LA/OC region of Team Challenge, building community and growing revenue. She moved into a new role to launch a breakthrough program, spin4 crohn’s & colitis cures, where she oversaw brand creation, partnership building, and ideated a new event experience. Always the innovator, Jessica launched another new community fundraising program when she joined Sierra Club 5 years ago, building Team Sierra through digital strategies and partnerships with brands like Vacation Races, Marine Layer, Parks Project, and AllTrails. During the pandemic, signature events like Earth Month and City Hike had to be reimagined. New digital tactics and campaigns kept the fundraising community activated and expanding. Jessica resides in Portland, OR with her husband and 3-year-old son. She loves to hike, bike, and find creative ways to hide vegetables in baked goods.
