The NY Jets Nick Mangold 9/11 20th Anniversary Challenge: Aligning Cause, Technology and Passion
“Carrying the American Flag out of the tunnel on the 10th anniversary of the September 11th attacks was one of the most emotional moments of my life,” says Nick Mangold, the seven-time NFL Pro Bowl center who wore number 74 for the Jets. “As we mark the 20th anniversary, I want to honor the victims and survivors and support the widows and children of fallen police and firefighters. The Nick Mangold 20-74 Challenge supports New York-based nonprofit Answer the Call and its mission to assist the families of New York City Police Officers, Firefighters, Port Authority Police, and EMS Personnel killed in the line of duty.
